We use a variety of companies to despatch products including the Post Office, local and national couriers.
Goods are despatched and delivered to most Irish and UK addresses including Isle of Man & Channel Isles inside 10 days.
Personalised items naturally take longer to arrive and we would ask all customers to wait 28 days before reporting non delivery.
Orders are sent at buyers risk.
Customers who wish to have their orders insured in transit for damage and loss should contact us before
ordering to obtain a quotation for insured delivery. Customers are required to keep any damaged items
and packaging until given further instructions re claiming for a replacement.
Returns Information for irishshopper.ie
We hope all customers will be happy with all items ordered from us. We however give everyone 14 days from receipt of goods to examine these and if not happy return for a refund. Items should be returned unused and with all original packaging. For undamaged goods we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
