Nervous system: Orange aromatherapy essential oil can be used as an alternative to Lavender to aid insomnia. Orange aromatherapy essential oil can be used very effectively to combat nervous tension and stress related conditions.

Digestive system: Orange aromatherapy essential oil can help with constipation and muscular spasm. Orange aromatherapy essential oil seems to have a normalising effect on the action of the intestines.

Mixing Oils: Orange aromatherapy essential oil blends well with Lavender, Neroli and Lemon aromatherapy essential oils. Orange aromatherapy essential oil also mixes well with Clary Sage and Myrrh.
